Florida Nursery Law
Anyone selling or distributing nursery stock in Florida must be registered with the Division of Plant Industry. Prior to being moved, nursery stock must be inspected by an Agricultural Products Specialist of the Division.
Florida plants producers must deal only in nursery stock that has been inspected and approved by the Division of Plant Industry.
